I will coordinate and oversee the management of a client’s real estate property or portfolio. This will include recommending industry professionals to manage the property(s), to review all monthly property reports and assess performance, and facilitate rehabilitation projects on a case by case basis.
TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT
I assist clients in managing all phases of a real estate transaction, whether it be for acquisition, disposition or more complex transactions such as IRC #1031 Exchanges.
I assist and advise clients with the engagement of the appropriate and necessary industry professionals to accomplish these transactions. These to include Appraisers, Real Estate Brokers and Attorneys.

Optimizing a property’s performance and value is always the goal of assisting clients with their commercial real estate investments. With my extensive background in the industry, I am able to maintain the strong performance or address a lackluster performance of an asset or a portfolio through a variety of strategies that will maximize their value and cash flow. This could mean selling the property, re-investing in the property, or implementing other appropriate initiatives to address the particular issues at hand.
